reactor/fastwam-libero serves this contract. This release fixes model startup without changing the observation or action schema. The endpoint requires account access; contact Reactor if it is not enabled for your account. The observation and controller mapping follows the upstream FastWAM LIBERO evaluator. A hosted simulator rollout requires a LIBERO adapter.
