reactor/xr1-robocasa365 accepts three camera histories, four sampled state rows, a task, and
execution progress. It returns (16, 60) decoded actions; the simulator consumes the first 12
columns.
Every prediction requires a fresh execution echo, including the first, and enough complete camera
sets. Echo values must increase and can count executed actions; the response’s prediction counter is
separate. Reset clears video history, execution echo, and prediction counters.
