reactor/lingbot-va accepts two camera streams, a task, and executed-action echoes. It returns
(16, 7) LIBERO controller actions. Skip the first chunk’s four conditioning rows; execute and echo
12 rows for that chunk, then 16 rows for subsequent chunks.
Reset accepts an optional sampling_seed: 0 samples freely, and a nonzero integer seeds the
episode’s sampling stream. Clear the executed-action input before reset. The reference simulator
uses an empty reset payload; its environment seed is separate from model sampling.
